HTU1 v.s. HTU2 on LS3137 - Split into it's own topic.

Hi Anthony,

I have a question. There are 2 HTUs in the 3137, 1 for each N2HET. How do i configure the second HTU? There is only one set of registers in HTU, how do i tell the HTU that it should transfer the data to/from N2HET 1 or 2? By default, it transfers from/to N2HET1.

    Gobind,

    There are 2 seperate instances of HTU, each with it's own register set and memory.

    The best way to think about these are as bus mastering DMAs built into each N2HET.

    HTU1 is almost 'built into' NHET1 and only operates on NHET1.   Likewise HTU2 only operates on NHET2.
