SPNS165 TMS570LSxxx4 16/32-Bit RISC Flash Microcontroller Datasheet illustrates the MibADC Input Equivalent Circuit in Figure 5-1. This circuit does not include the Csamp discharge circuit.
Do you have any such circuit diagram available so that we can simulate the entire ADC input circuit?
Also, the MibADC Timing Specifications in Table 5-9 do not mention this discharge time at all. Are there any performance specifications for this discharge circuit, we are after recommendations for configuration of ADC Sample Cap Discharge Control Register ADxSAMPDISEN (hence the desire to simulate the circuit).
