TM4C123 UL Certification

 We have been in development with this part for about a year.

We originally chose this part because it had some UL certified software in it or could be used with it.

Now we understand this software isn't certified anymore?

Will it be certified again in the near future?

Why was the certification discontinued?

    Hello Jaden,

    For some of the LM3S devices there was some firmware available for compliance to the IEC standards.  However, that was never carried over to the TM4C devices. Some of that firmware was integrated into the ROM of the LM3S devices which does not exist in the TM4C ROM.
