Tiva™ C Series LaunchPad Evaluation Board Software Out of Sync with CCS

The TivaWare™ for the Tiva C Series TM4C123G LaunchPad Evaluation Board that is to be used with the named LaunchPad seems to be out of sink with  the version of Code Composer Studio that is provided. The CCS installation package is EK-TM4C123GXL-CCS-753. These two packages are those that you find on http://www.ti.com/tool/sw-ek-tm4c123gxl which is the web page that contains links to the software for the Tiva™ C Series TM4C123G LaunchPad.

When you try to install TivaWare™ in CCS, it complains about not having ARM v. 5 compilers. I tried to update CCS, but that fails because it has a problem with a piece of software that it tries to obtain.

If this is, indeed, the problem I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated if someone who can would fix the problem.  A work around would also be nice. In the mean time I guess I should look around for a more recent version of CCS, although who knows how the version provided was tweaked to work with TivaWare™.
