Unable to write to bank 7

I am trying to use F021 to write to bank 7, but am having issues. My code works fine for other banks. I am unsure about EWAIT, so I suspect it may have something to do with that. After I issue the programming command, FAPI_GET_FSM_STATUS shows the PGV bit to be set. What could my problem be?

Can you let me know the part number which you are using?

Also, can you check the return value of the Fapi_initializeFlashBanks function?

Siddharth,

I am using the Hercules HDK. It says RM48L952ZWTT on it. Fapi_initializeFlashBanks() is returning 0.
