There is not another unique identifier register by default. One common practice for customers is to program unique Ethernet MAC addresses in their parts. These are typically stored in flash user registers. TI programs MAC addresses when shipping DKs and EKs but they are left blank for normal customer shipments. For devices without Ethernet they could serialize the devices themselves using non-volatile user registers.
