what effect if VREFA+ start before VDD and VDDA?

In DataSheet (SPMS441) - register ADCCTL bit 0 (0x0038.0) set to 0 by default state and so VREFA+ is not used

In UserGuide (SPMA056 3.4.5) - VREF+ start after VDD or VDDA (The Enable and V_IN of the REF3230 should be driven from VDD or VDDA to ensure the correct power up sequence)

    Hi,

    The VREF+ and VREF- are not fail safe pads. Hence if powered before the VDD-VDDA is brought up, it can drain current from the reference source. By sequencing it after or along with VDD-VDDA the current sink during power up can be eliminated.
