lcd16*2 interface with TM4C129x using Energia

Unfortunately, I cannot answer the questions regarding Energia.  I am not very familiar with how it works with Tiva devices.  I will ask around the office to see if someone else might have some answers.  Also, you might try looking on the Energia web site (http://energia.nu/) and maybe post on their support forum.
