Is it any description of SDRAM controller used in ZWT package?
Can SDRAM controller use only eight bits to write to SDRAM (and therefore mask data using DQM lines)? Is there command to SDRAM controller to write 8 bits?
If no, is it possible to not use DQM lines in case of 1 SDRAM chip (and set DQM lines for SDRAM to logical 0)?
