Can't get Connected LaunchPad Activated on Exosite

I've tried getting support from Exosite and they refer me to TI support. I added Connected LaunchPad, entered correct MAC address and received pop-pop saying I needed to activate device within 24-hrs. I've tried to activate and receive CIK number, but device still shows as Inactive on dashboard. Stellaris Virtual Serial Port shows connected to Com 9. Both ethernet and power leds are lit on LaunchPad. How do I get activated so that it is recognized on Exosite.

  • HI , have you solved your problem ? My connected launchpad is with the same problem and I cannot determinate what is happening. My board is receiving an ip address from router dhcp , there is no proxy to access internet and it cannot reach exosite.

  • I had the same problem.   Went into my router and found that I had port 80 mapped to another device.   Found the IP address that was assigned by  DHCP by looking at the MAC address and edited the router to direct port 80 to the connected Launchpad.   That solved my problem.

Not familiar with using Proxies, perhaps you could use a terminal program to setup a proxy to do the same thing.
