IRA can not load and debug

hello,

my project is attached.

it is no error when the project  compile and linke,but it will cause error when it is loader and debug.

version of IAR is:

This version is downloaded from IAR official website , I apply a time-limited license  for assessing  the suitability to our project ,
 
My CPU is TI RM48L952ZWT, MY Debugger is TI's  XDS100V2。
