Hard Fault with Halcogen and IAR

Somehow I could not open your project file.  I created a new project and added the source files from your attachment. I did not get any Hard fault, Is there something I am missing while recreating your issue? Attached is the project I created. 2654.tmp.zip

Hard fault is still there.

I use XDS100V2, not Jlink, may be a problem in this.

I uploaded the output file into the TMS470m using Uniflash and the program works fine. 
But I still do not have the debug mode.

Hard Fault problem exactly associated with the emulator XDS100V2.

Perhaps IAR can not upload file into TMS470m using XDS100V2 or emulator does not operate normally with IAR and HALCOGEN.
Could you help me solve this problem.
