Hello,

We are not using the two ADC modules of this device, in the circuit.

Do we need to provide VCCAD supply to the device still? Or we can leave it Not Connected?

Ramagopal,

You should connect VCCAD to the IO VCC (3.3V) rail in this case.

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for the quick response. Do we need to connect VCCHI and VCCLO pins also to IO VCC?

Ramagopal,

Do you mean the ADREFHI and ADREFLO reference pins? Normally ADREFHI would be tied to VCCAD and ADREFLO would be tied to VSSAD but there is flexibility - see the datasheet spec input ranges for these pins if you want to know the range.
