SysCtlResetCauseGet and MOSCFAIL

I am implementing reactions to the reset cause (mostly for forensic reasons) and sysctl.h does not list master oscillator failure as one of the reset cause masks.

I am using 1.1 according to the header file.

Is this mask defined in a later version (or planned)?

Hello Robert,

If this TM4C123 then you may want to check errata SYSCTL#03. The MOSC Failure circuit does not detect a clock loss after the clock has been started. A Workaround is suggested instead.

Hello Robert,

Errata for TM4C123 is at the following path

As for the mask is not planned to be included in TM4C123.later versions either.

Thanks, I was planning on implementing the work around in any case.

As a side note I was rather suprised by how many ways the EE could be permanently disabled. I do hope that is high on the priority list to be fixed.
