EK-TM4C1294xl Exosite IOT war of the NULL

Guru 55913 points

"Null me" is an understatement when a project mysteriously looses the hidden link to the NULL definition it once had. When the NULL link breaks it is not easily tracked down who had enlisted Mr. NULL and where he can be found again.

There does seem to be some difference in the needed NULL definition that happens to be packed with each project and to that which LWIP desires as a proper definition to tear down or bind TCP.

  • Who's on first - NULL of (def.h) used by (LWIPlib.c). Seemingly NULL of <string.h> the Tivaware replacement from that of (time.h) used by structure (tStat) would be a better place for this unique NULL.

Better yet a design new NULL named  NULLV for voids?

  • @Brett,

Targeting my humble Cessna twin w/your store-bought (biz-type laser) blinds me just slightly faster/more efficiently than reading those dreadful, CCS inspired, blue highlight/camouflage devices - always (thoughtfully) emplaced your code listings...
