Flashing with nowFlashWin application doesn't seem to run

I'm using the following settings to flash the application to the TMS570LS31, but the application doesn't seem to run properly. With Code Composer Studio the applications can be debugged and is running as expected.

Also after flashing with nowFlashWin, the application doesn't run with Code Composer Studio either, only after loading the demo software, the application runs properly with Code Composer Studio. Do I need to change some settings in the nowFlashWin Gui?
