Stellaris to Tiva part selection tool

I know there is a tool on the TI site which helos to choose which part is equivalent to the existing Stellaris part.

I have been searching from past 30 mins and no use. Kindly point me to the location or help me choose the equivalent part in TIVA for LM3S2965.

It is suggesting TM4C123BH6PM for LM3S2965.

But LM3S2965 is 100 Pin IC while TM4C123BH6PM is 64 pin IC.

How is it even the same ?

Please suggest me a TIVA part number for LM3S2965 ( hopefully pincompatible)

Hello Feroze

It should have opened the part TM4C123BH6PZ. I will check internally as to why it opened TM4C123BH6PM part instead.

Pin compatibility needs to be checked.

Thank You amit, the controller you suggested seems to be good for our needs.

And yes, its NOT Pin compatible but that will do.

PS: The part names are very confusing and look the same. Is there an explanation of Part naming ?

Please go to the Appendix A of the Data Sheet and that gives the explanation of the Part Naming.
