Frequency out of range

I fell into The famous known error "Frequency out of range" .

I tried resolving the error using LM Flash Programmer but couldn't achieve success . 

And also there are two led attached to my board on PortQ0 and PortQ1 , and they are blinking red.

In LM FLash Programmer i selected the interface as ICDI(Eval Board). 

However i m using the custom board with blackhawk debugger 

Any Suggestion ?

        What is the Tiva microcontroller that you are using at your custom board?

        Have you programmed and made this custom board work before?

    Hello Shubham,

    LMFlashProgrammer will not work with BlackHawk. The UNIFLASH is another option but the unlock facility with blackhawk will not be available till the next release.

    Can you share the schematics? And answer the following

    1. Is this the first time you were programming the board or it was working fine till now and it stopped working?
