Hello,

I do no find any ESD ratings in the RM48L952PGET datasheet.

At which Human Body Model (HBM) and Charged Device Model (CDM) levels are the RM48L952PGET rated ?

Generally, I know that we do perform these tests as part of our qualification on the devices. I am forwarding your post to the device expert so they can add further details of our performance to the HBM and CDM standards.

Hello Michael,

As Chuck mentioned, this information is included with the processor qualification report. I will check and find out why we do not include it in the datasheet once it is marked as "production data".

HBM: 2kV

CDM: 750V corner pins, 500V for all other pins
