(TM4c123g) Problem with the leds

I have a problem with the leds in my TM4C123GXL. It was working perfectly but yesterday, without change anything, the three leds (green, red and blue) of port f is weakness than normal, it is working but the colour is less brightening. I am using code composer studio and already did many thing like unlock with lm flash programmer in order to resolve the issue. Can anyone help me?

    Hello Andr,

    The 3 LED's are sourced from the VBUS rail and have a 330Ohms resistance on the path. If the LED's are glowing less intensely then

    1. Do check if the VBUS is still 5V on Pin-1 of the 3 LED component,

    2. Check the current flow through the LED's by measuring the voltage drop on the 330 Ohms.

    3. If the above are true, then may be (a big maybe) replace the component.
