Are you using Tiva Connected Launchpad or the Development Kit?

using windows, i have admin privileges. i have run CCS as an administrator, and i still get the error.

Can you send a snapshot of the error? It seems without the exact error it would be troubleshooting blind.

yeah,  that is what i was using and following to try and get everything working.... i know CCS i very familiar with it but until now i have only used it with MSP430's. 

after some review I think that I am missing some libraries or something similar.

the only other thing that i can think of is that the permission denied is because the code size is limited and the projects are too large. but i don't think that this is the problem because i have the same error with "hello world" as i do with other projects that use the ethernet. and as far as i know "hello world" is no where near large enough to have that problem.

Also do send the CCS project that you have (if there is something in the defintion/variable it would be worth the effort

Hi Henry,

  What CCS version are you using?

  Right click the folder where the CCS project you want to import. Then go to Properties -> Security. See, if you have full permissions set at the folder.
