It should be TMS570LC4357. I think you miss the "L".
LC stands for Lockstep Cache, the architecture of this device
4 means it is a 4MB device.
3 means this specific architecture variant. Other digital may represent a different architecture in the future
5 means 512KB of RAM
7 means the peripheral set which includes flexray and ethernet
