TM4C129 and IP CAM

Hi guys, I have a Mikromedia 5 for TIVA development board with TM4C129XNCAZD microcontroller. I need to connect an IP CAM (ATLANTIS IPCAM5) to the board to see the video stream like a surveillance camera.

I'm using the ethernet port and UDP. The communication between the PC and the board works fine, I can send and receive data, also the connection between PC and IP CAM works fine. The PC, the IP CAM and the board are all connected to the router.

I can't see the video stream from IP CAM on the board. I can do this or not?
The mikromedia 5 for TIVA and the microcontroller is able to manage the video signal?

If this is not possible, is there a way to see images from the ip cam on mikromedia5 board?
