RM4x ans TMS570 difference ?

Hello,

I wonder what is really the difference between RM4x and TMS570 microcontroller. On the paper, there are very similar, but the targeted applications are not the same, why ?

For exemple, if I take a RM46L852ZWT and a TMS5701227BZWTQQ1 ... The possibilities seems quite the same except for the USB connectivity.

Might I just consider only this point for choosing between the two family ?

    From functionality perspective, there are two differences between RM and TMS570 devices.

    (1) CPU is little endian for RM deivces. TMS570 is big endian.

    (2) RM devices do not have Flexray module.

    There are also differences in max system frequency and operating temperature.
