power on self test program for TM4C123GX...

I am looking for source code / libraries for a basic power-up self test / diagnostic routine that will check the internal memory, on-chip peripherals. I would then like to expand this library to include external memory tests, external UART tests, etc.

Searching TI's site, I did find such routines for a TM4C12GH6PM,please help me regarding this diagnosis test

Hello Harshini,

There is no power on self test in TM4C device for internal memory, on-chip peripherals. The devices are factory tested and only those which pass are made available.

If forum members have developed a custom code then the forum community would respond.

Before to send something wrong, I prefer to ask: I have a document and code (TI) for IEC 60750 -Safe and Reliable operation on Stellaris - 2009 - if is what you expect, I will send it. Below is a picture with some important routines covered:

I went looking for that last year. It's been pretty effectively purged and I know several others have asked for it as well. I'd love to get my hands on a copy so I could adapt it for power on sanity checks.

I'm not sure it makes any sense to check program pointers and ALUs but there are some useful checks in it I expect.
