TMS570LS3137 ADC accuracy

I'm having issues setting up the ADC to take stable readings in a varied sample rate environment.

The ADC is called as and when an event occurs, this may mean a minutes separation or sequential.  The ADC value needs to be equal to have a validity.  The voltage sources are separate INA197s.

In one mode I need to sample two channels with the same module, both have the same voltage but the first channel records a higher reading than the second.

To resolve this I'm having to discharge the sample capacitor for 2us, and sample for 800ns, this is not ideal.

As I understand it this should not be the case.

Any suggestions?
