USB CDC in Stellaris LM3S5951 not working with 64bit OS

HI ,

I am using Stellaris LM3S5951 for developing USB CDC so that my USB device will be considered as RS232 device at the OS end .

Now this code works with 32 bit systems but not with 64 bit operating systems...
