TM4C129x ZAD pkg

Dear specialist

Our customer is considering to replace from Tempest ZCR pkg to TM4C129x ZAD pkg.
Their concern is cost up for this replacement why ZAD pkg is so narrow pitch that ZAD pkg needs build-up.

Customer would like to use IVH board.
If you have any idea , please let me know.

Might that, "consideration" be properly escalated in light of this (fairly) recent post w/in Stellaris wasteland forum:

Some such devices may still - some where/how - be available for purchase. As all Tempest devices have now risen from famed NRND to dreaded (yet long expected) "EOL" status - quick, focused procurement action seems far more appropriate than client's, too gentle, "consideration!"
