Without the hw_onewire.h it would not be possible directly. However with some effort of taking the Data Sheet, writting a dummy hw_onewire.h in the inc folder of the latest TIVAWare it should be possible. Just make sure that the Macro name in the hw_onewire.h matches that expected by onewire.c in the driverlib.

If required I can help review the same.

I will check internally and let you know on the formal release schedule..
