where can I download the Flash Api v2.01.00?

On the Flash Api page (http://www.ti.com/tool/f021flashapi) there is no download link anymore.

Also on the HalCoGen page (http://www.ti.com/tool/halcogen) there is no link to download HalCoGen.

How to get those tools?
