I don't think so as there is no mention at the User's Guide. An alternative is the Hercules Launch Pad then connect it with a Wifi Booster Pack.

Hi Gan,

According the TMS470M Hercules Development Kit datasheet and product page, it does not come with Wi-Fi enabled support.

If you are looking for an MCU and Wi-Fi support built in, you may take a look at the CC3200 which has a ARM Cortex-M4 MCU and Wi-Fi built onto the chip itself.
You may also be able to choose another MCU and attach a CC3000 Wi-Fi module to it to enable Wi-Fi support.
