max time from reset to the first instruction and PBIST max time

Hello,I'm FAE of distributor in Japan.

I have 2 questions in TMS570LS1227 datasheet.

1)How long is max time from reset to the first instruction?

→It is written Total 3497 oscillator cycle in P53 4.3.1.Power-up Sequence.

but I don't know a time before Oscillator stable.

2) How long are max times about every peripheral modules?

HALCoGen output PBIST for many peripheral modules. do you have PBIST operation time data?

    Hello,

    The total oscillator counts in the datasheet are from the point where there is a valid signal on OSCIN.The oscillator start up time is dependent on the type of oscillator used and the manufacturer. The oscillator startup time should be provided as part of the oscillator device's datasheet or can be provided by the manufacturer.


    PBIST algo cycle times are provided within table 4-26 of the datasheet (spns192a) and are fixed time as these tests are purely digital.

    No.2) Sorry, I found it in datasheet.
