I'm trying to download Tivaware but the links to download the software from the page below keep timing out.  Is export control working at the moment?

    It is working fine (I am able to download the TM4C software over Public n/w)

    It's still not working for me.

    I try to follow this link:  EK-TM4C123GXL-CCS-786.zip

    get redirected to:  https://www.ti.com/licreg/docs/swlicexportcontrol.tsp?form_type=2&prod_no=EK-TM4C123GXL-CCS-786.zip&ref_url=http://software-dl.ti.com/tiva-c/SW-TM4C/latest/&form_id=154910 )

    then end up being redirected to:  https://www.ti.com/licreg/docs/shared/errorpage.jsp

    before it times out.  Perhaps I've been blacklisted by TI :-)

    Even the CCS Package link is available and downloadable (just checked it).

    There is a "Website Feedback" on the bottom of the page. You may want to use it.

    It appears to be my login.  I think that my tongue-in-cheek remark about being blacklisted might be right.  I created a temporary login and was able to download the software.

    I'll email TI and ask what's going on.

    Feel your pain - but more detail may rectify w/out your having to compose email & await reply.

    We're not told if you're in the USA. (that should be easiest)  If not - perhaps your country has been somewhat restricted.

    We've seen your exact results when our new/young staff, "register on-line" w/vendor here - and "miss" the, "I agree" checkbox - which appears just prior to download launch.  (default is always, "don't agree" - and that surely "kills" any download)  To make matters worse - miss that checkbox "once" - and vendor's system may "retain" that election - and prevent further downloads.  (clients have past reported that to us...)

    Robotic systems have long memories & (many) remain unable to, "accept new/updated data" and then perform timely execution along the, "User Accepts" path...

    I'm in the UK.  I was able to download CCS V6 the on the previous day and was also able to download the .pdf user guides associated with the software, but not the software itself.  I tried downloading it on two different computers using seperate methods of connecting to the internet and still had no success - hence the post and the query as to whether there was a problem with the export control system.  Seems to be partly resolved now (or at least I know that it's a problem with my account).  Thanks anyway to yourself and Amit for responding and helping.
