Ok, I have tried downloading the software using a different browser and on a different computer. I'm quite sure that the problem is not from my end.

Is there any other way that I can get this software or I have to wait until you hear back from web support group? I'm actually stuck and cannot proceed with my work because I need this software to unlock a JTAG port.

I'll take any help that I can get right now.

I cannot attach the installer. But if someone else can share it, I think that would be the only way to ungate you till the web download is corrected.
