Can the  LMFlashProgrammer work with J-Link Jtag?

If not is there is other LMFlash "Alike" that can?

    No - J-Link appears not to be an option.

    However Segger offers multiple programs which serve a very similar purpose - J-Link Commander comes to mind - but may not be newest/latest/greatest.  Segger site is nicely detailed - will well guide you.

    [edit] checking quickly I find that, "J-Link Commander" is now listed as, "J-Link.exe" - but opens w/Commander in Title.  There also is "JFlashArm.exe" which sounds as if it may serve to your purpose...  Both well detailed @ Segger's site - and there are multiple others, too...
