Extending PCI through EMIF in TMS570LC4357ZWT

 Hi team,

One of my customers would like to use TMS570LC4357ZWT in their new project but want to use PCI to realize the communication with other boards. Do we have any solution or successful story on extending PCI through EMIF on the MCU? Great thanks for your help.

    Jason,

    No we don't have any solution.  PCI is pretty different than EMIF and you would need an interface chip in between that is pretty smart.   Also there are different varieties of PCI including PCI express.  If it's PCI express then some of the Sitara parts I think have this built in.   Probably best to find out what variant of PCI before talking much more about this.
