TMS570 ADC Input impedance

Hi,

I need to find the input impedance of the ADC on the TMS570LS313x. How can I find this information, or what is the procedure to do so.

Oliver,

The device datasheet SPNS162B on page 120 has an equivalent circuit for the ADC inputs.

That should have what you need. It shows the resistances and cap. of both the switch and the S/H.
