Tivaware Graphic Library

Hi,

I am using DK TM4C129XNZAD ,TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.0.12573 & code composer 6.

I'd like to interpret if i can using the provided graphic library to display JPEG images stored on the SD card on Kentec320x240x16_SSD2119 display ,and if it was possible could you tell me how ?

Hello Ahmed,

Then you would have to write/port the drivers for jpeg to RGB BPP converter using the Cortex. Store the uncompressed image in internal SRAM (if the image size is same as what is there for the DK-TM4C129 8BPP format) or external SDRAM and call LCD Drivers to read the data from memory to panel

Hello Ahmed.

On TM4C devices we do not have any such drivers. For other higher performance platforms like OMAP there are converters.
