My customer is familiar with VID on MSP430. Does TIVA support VID as well?

I presume you're referring to VID sublicensing. Yes, I believe we still do.

Might "VID" be a bit too "inside" for many (most) here?

Suspect that if the public, forum venue is used - at least one post - should attempt to offer some basic definition of that "VID" descriptor...
