VIM int 85 set after running PBIST selftest

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS570LS3137

Hello,

I am using TMS570LS3137. I can see that after running a PBIST self test bit 85 in registers INTREQx is set and when I enable interrupts I get a VIM 85 interrupt.

I can see that VIM interrupt 85 is reserved.

PBIST self test runs correctly. The fact that the interrupt is happening, does it indicates any kind of error? How should I interpret this interrupt?

I am just asking because I can not find any kind of documentation about this interrupt.

Best Regards,

Francis.
