Dear Tiva team,
Customer before to purchase XDS200 tried to debug Tiva device with Stellaris ICDI.
It looks like that now they cannot program Tiva device neither with XDS200.
Is there any specific state where the MCU could fall and could lead to this behavior?
e.g. is this due to the missing external clock which has not been mounted on Tiva board?
