Production programmer for Tiva

You can check with Segger.  I don't think they make a ganged version but they do make production specific programming devices.

If your SW is stable enough it's also probably possible to program the chips before stuffing.

Normally based on the IDE we have so far recommended single device programmer to our customers. We have done internal trials on dual programmers but then it is not commercial yet.
