Hi,
AFAIK Altium has a nice wizard to do footprints when you can't find one in its library. Can do such in less then half an hour, more productive than waiting for...
Only needed thing is to get the case dimensions from TI and do some elementary calculations. And of coarse, the verifications of the resulted design (measure all distances with the tool available), before using it in a new design.

Hi,
some time ago i was designing pcb with tiva. I've posted some libraries that i used on my blog yesterday. Click here http://ucsolutions.blogspot.com/ if you got more questions let me know on pw or left comment on blog
majid shokoufi said:Do you have Tive C Series PCB and Schematics in Altium design, as well?
I suppose personal design is not so useful to share when belong to a custom request or job, if you intended TI development kit someone are in Altium format and with joint venture of webench and altium maybe something more appear.
Whichever cad you are using you can get library of all TI part from this site:
Sometimes they carry some useless line or layer or is large but is very simple to customize than start design symbol and footprint from scratch as I made first time.
Thanks,
I have downloaded the software, but I could not find TM4C123GH6PM in the library.
The reason that I need schematic and PCB design of TIVA C SERIES is that I want to use the components' footprint and schematic in my design.
Thanks
Hi,
For PCB footprint you should look for case 64LQFP, and not by micro name. (Verify with the data sheet).
As for schematics, as I told you in my previuos post... ( I don' t have Altium right now, nor hopes to have in the near future, but it is really easy to do, I know what I say...)
