We are currently considering the following 2 parts from TI for our next generation platform:

TM4C1290NCZADI3R, TM4C1290NCPDTI3R

What are our options for RTOS and driver packages both open source and commenrcial. Where can I learn more about the "ecosystem" around the Tiva C series?

Hi Phil,

I am not by a long shot expert in RTOS so i only know this one for the Tiva: http://www.ti.com/tool/ti-rtos

There's the TivaWare to control the Tiva, here is the software and guides http://www.ti.com/tool/sw-tm4c

Any non-vendor-specific RTOS suggestions that support Tiva C?

Hi,

maybe you should look at Keil RTX. Keil is well supported by TI.

And of course also Free RTOS.
