LM Flash programmer(Build 1631) error in win8.1 64bit

Hi

The LM flash programmer download .bin to Launchpad (TM4C123G)  show programming error,The error message is "Error programming error 0x1".

I try to change download speed from 1MHz to 500KHz in Configuration tab and change "Quick Set" from  TM4C123G Launchpad to Manual Configuration.Sometime can download 100% and verify is OK,I try to program again,but it is show "Error programming error 0x1"

Please help me to slove it (ASAP)?
