Hi all,

I am looking for a audio booster pack for TM4C129XNCZAD evaluation board.The idea is to be able to have support for external mic via mic-in interface and for external speaker via line-out. Please suggest a booster card that enables support for mic and speaker.

As I understand there is a small speaker is built on the board. But I need to support louder external loudspeaker. With respect to mic, there is no built-in support.

There are no audio booster pack for TM4C129 boards.

There is an audio booster pack for CC3200 Launchpad. But, that uses I2S interface which TM4C129 don't have.

See, post below that mentions alternative means to output audio from TM4CXXX microcontroller.

Thanks a lot. I am fine going with CC3200 Launchpad and audiobooster pack. Please also share the link to the audiobooster pack.

I am not able to access the link that you shared - Need help on audio file reading from SD card in TM4C123GH6PGE. please check.

Please confirm that they will be able to drive analog mic and external speaker. I also assume that ADC/DAC have support for 16 bits PCM?

Can both be ordered online from TI ?

Yes. From what I know this is already available to buy at TI estore. If not yet contact TI when it will be available to buy or you can also ask at the SimpleLink WiFi CC31xx/CC32xx Forum.

Hi Kel,

Thanks again. Checked the details on AudioBoost. Looks it will work.

But I do not see any link to order it. Also searched at TI e-store. It is not available.
