I wanna make sure that TM4C129x keep value of SRAM in Hibernation mode.

Do you know about it?

Hello Hiroyasu,

If you are talking about the main SRAM then in hibernate mode that would not be possible.

Hello Hiroyasu,

No, the main SRAM is not backed up when the device is in Hibernate mode.

Hi,

Please do not forget the hibernation module has 16 long words of RAM data (64 bytes) in registers HIBDATA which are still backed up by battery.
