Matlab should have the information as it mentions that it supports TIVA platform

Matlab goes halfway as it supports the specific ARM core, but does not offer Simulink integration like ST32 discovery.
I know that ST produced simulink blocks for the st32 discovery which increased their sales considerably.
it is mu humble opinion that TI could do something too :-)
That is IMHO in correct, that the mathlab support for a MCU has to come trom the vendor - TI in this case.
And you are correct about ST. Microchip did it also, down to their 16-Bit devices (PIC24). Certain branches (like automotive) love it ...
