CMSIS DSP new functionalities proposal in ARM

Hello all.

I have opened a discussion in ARM's forum about new functionality for CMSIS DSP on future releases of the library. Somthing about LOGarithm functions, thresholds, vector division, etc.

The best part is that ARM is listening!!!
