Connected launchpad TM4C1294XL - Change DNS server and set up address manually

I have a connected launchpad TM4C1294XL. The example preloaded into board works with an internet provider (connection ok with ti exosite) but the same board not works with an other internet provider.
I suppose that the problem is the DNS servers.
Is it possible to change the DNS server and set up address manually?

How to make it?

Hello Dario,

The IP address must be dynamically allocated by the DNS server. I would believe it to be a protection setting. Did you try using a switch via the PC?

Hello Amit
We have a little ADSL router (8 ports).
The DHCP function is active and it assigns correctly the IP address (i have verified this with putty).
My pc is connected to the same router but i have setup manually the DNS server because
some site is unreachable (I followed the instructions of the my internet provider)
Any idea?

Hello Dario,

One thing could be the subnet mask not being correct between the TM4C129 and the PC server setup.Did you check that. Other than that there is nothing else that I can think of now.
